The assistant is built for your use only, with access controls you define. We agree up front which AI provider and hosting are used, and we can discuss options if you have strict data requirements.
PDFs, Word and Excel files, web pages, shared drive content and database records are common. We check your specific formats during scoping.
Answers come from retrieved passages in your documents and are shown with their sources. If nothing relevant is found, the assistant says so instead of inventing an answer.
We set up regular re-indexing, and new files can be picked up automatically from a shared folder or system.
